Refunds & withdrawal

FAIM is based in Norway. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections in Norway or other countries where they apply. Contact hello@free-ai-music.com with your order reference and the issue; never send payment-card details.

Individual WAV purchases

A WAV costs €20 per track, with the applicable total and tax shown before payment. Delivery is intended to start immediately after confirmed payment, through your FAIM account. Eligible consumers generally have 14 days from concluding the contract to withdraw, subject to statutory conditions and any extension for missing information.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the withdrawal exception requires prior express consent to delivery during that period, acknowledgment of the consequences and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Two separate, non-prechecked choices are collected before individual WAV checkout. General acceptance of terms alone is not consent. Merely paying, accessing a page or downloading without the required safeguards does not establish that the right was lost.

If you do not consent to immediate delivery, do not proceed with this immediate-download checkout; contact support about your options. No delayed-delivery option is currently promised.

Defective, inaccessible or incorrect files

Tell us if the file is damaged, unavailable, or different from what you bought. We will investigate and provide correction or replacement where appropriate; price reduction, termination or refund rights remain available when required by applicable law. Immediate-delivery consent does not waive these rights.

Accidental or duplicate purchases

Contact support with the order references. We will review duplicate charges and accidental purchases individually, including any applicable statutory rights. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies, and no discretionary refund outcome is guaranteed.

Creator Pass cancellation and withdrawal

Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing confirmation and is distinct from statutory withdrawal or a refund request. Access generally continues through the paid period when applicable; cancellation alone does not automatically refund that period. Previously purchased or redeemed WAVs remain accessible after subscription cancellation.

We do not apply the individual-download withdrawal waiver to Creator Pass. Eligible consumers retain applicable withdrawal rights; any request for early service and any proportionate charge must satisfy the applicable law, not be assumed. See Creator Pass terms.

How to withdraw or request help

Email an unambiguous statement that you wish to withdraw, with your name, order reference and purchase date, or use our standard model withdrawal form. The form is optional. Statutory refund timing and payment-method rules apply.
