Who operates FAIM

FAIM (Free AI Music), free-ai-music.com, is operated from Norway by the business below.

Accounts and permitted use

Free streaming and MP3 downloads do not require an account. Paid purchases and Creator Pass use your account to retain file access. Keep your sign-in secure and provide accurate details. Do not abuse downloads, votes, reports or other users; do not circumvent access controls. Any suspension must respect applicable law and existing consumer rights.

Downloads and licensing

Music use is governed by the Music License Agreement and approved track-specific conditions. Demo tracks are streaming-only. A WAV purchase is a higher-quality format, not a transfer of ownership or exclusive rights.

Purchases and payment processing

Individual WAV downloads cost €20. Creator Pass costs €10/month and renews until cancelled; it includes one WAV redemption per calendar week, resetting Monday 00:00 UTC, with no rollover. Stripe processes payments; review the final total, applicable tax and payment conditions shown in checkout before submitting payment. Access is granted after confirmed payment, not merely after opening or returning from checkout. Previously purchased or redeemed WAVs remain accessible after subscription cancellation.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Use Manage billing to cancel renewals. Access continues through the paid billing period when applicable. Statutory withdrawal and remedies for defective files are separate from cancellation. See Creator Pass terms and Refunds & withdrawal; no blanket no-refunds rule applies.

Copyright complaints

Use the track Report button when signed in, or contact support with the track URL, your rights and supporting details. See Copyright & takedown. We review claims and may restrict access while investigating; no automated claim is proof of infringement.

Availability and limitations of liability

AI-generated music may attract third-party claims, and continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, FAIM does not guarantee a particular creative result or legal clearance beyond an approved license. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, remedies for non-conforming digital content, or mandatory consumer protections. Any additional liability cap or exclusion requires professional review and is not invented here.

Changes and existing purchases

Any final material change must respect applicable notice requirements and acquired consumer rights. New terms are not automatically applied retroactively to completed purchases; each order confirmation records the terms version you accepted.
